About Veronica Zarza -- Working for Refugee Rights and the Opportunity for Open Communication in the Church:

Veronica's story brings to light the challenges facing women fleeing their country to save themselves from an abusive and dangerous partner. Veronica fled her South American country and lived in a Refugee shelter in Buffalo NY before rebuilding her life in Canada. What she is doing now to raise awareness is awe-inspiring.
